What are your shipping charges? Shipping is FREE with regular delivery for orders over $20. Shipping is $5 for orders under $20.
When can I expect my order to arrive?
Most orders are shipped within 48 hours of order placement and arrive to you within seven days.
Can shipping be expedited?

How do I use a coupon?
Occasionally, Birch offers special coupons to newsletter subscribers and through other promotions.
Blue Sky Guide coupons may be used by entering the code "bluesky" at checkout.
Coupons may not be combined and customers are limited to one coupon per transaction. Once you use a coupon it is not valid for any future purchase.
Coupons can only be used on full priced merchandise not on any sale, clearance or otherwise discounted merchandise.
You can enter your coupon code on checkout in the Promo Code box. You will see your discount on the Confirmation screen (Step 3).
What is your return policy?
All returns must be RECEIVED by Birch within 30 days of purchase.
All returned items must have all tags attached and be in new, unworn, unused and resalable condition. Returned body care items must be unopened.
The following items are not returnable and are FINAL SALE:
Swimwear
Jewelry
Intimates/underwear
No refunds can be issued for SALE OR CLEARANCE items, gift certificates or store credits.
If your return is a result of our error, we will refund the full cost of the merchandise and shipping charges.
